Finalize product selections, issue purchase orders, lock budgets, and establish cash flow and payment schedules. Coordinate supplier agreements and ensure compliance with specifications.

EXPEDITING
Manage technical submittals, shop drawings, samples, and approvals. Monitor production schedules, expedite raw material procurement, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing milestones.

RECEIVING & WAREHOUSING
Oversee freight forwarding, customs clearance, drayage, and warehousing through trusted 3PL and local logistics providers. Implement inventory tracking, damage inspections, and consolidation planning.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Coordinate final-mile delivery, site staging, assembly, installation, punch list management, and substantial completion. Ensure seamless integration with other trades on site.
